To celebrate Earth Day 2026, the University of Liverpool Sustainability Team, in partnership with Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), has invited staff and students to take part in a photography competition exploring our changing planet and the stories behind climate action.

为庆祝2026年地球日，利物浦大学可持续发展团队与西交利物浦大学合作，邀请教职员工和学生参加摄影比赛，探索我们不断变化的地球以及气候行动背后的故事。


Earth Day 2026 is centred on the global theme "Our Power, Our Planet," highlighting the collective power we all have to protect the environment and drive positive change. Our universities are committed to advancing environmental and social equity through our Sustainability Strategy and Energy Strategy.

2026年地球日的全球主题为“我们的力量，我们的星球”，强调我们所有人保护环境和推动积极变革的集体力量。我们的大学致力于通过可持续发展战略和能源战略，推进环境和社会公平。

Following an initial review by our judging panel, the top 20 outstanding works have been selected!

经过评审团的初步评选，前20名优秀作品现已出炉！

The winners will be announced at the Opening Ceremony on 12:15 PM Monday April 20, at Foundation Building 4th floor courtyard.

最终结果将在4月20日（周一）12:15于基础楼4楼举行的开幕仪式公布。
